Asado literally means roasted. In Argentina, where asado hails from, it oftens means the gathering of family and friends. The asador is the person who takes on the role of the main chef. The meat is cooked by grill. In this session Chef Rodrigo will prepare two delicious dishes for you to enjoy whilst he lets you in on some ‘cooking secrets’ and anecdotes. Chef will carefully, skillfully (and with a lot of personality) explain what he is cooking, with plenty of tips and tricks so it can easily be replicated at home! So grab your favourite carnivore and get along to this class where Chef will demonstrate that you don’t need expensive cuts of meat to have wonderful BBQ food, and will break down barriers about what cuts you should buy!
