Come and discover some of the hidden secrets and treasures on UWA’s Crawley campus with a tour led by recently retired staff member of 28 years, Terry Larder.

Learn interesting historical facts and hear stories of the personalities that forged this University to be one of the State’s leading institutions. Did you know the story about how the three billion year-old rock came to be outside Geology?  Or the story of the mosaic masterpiece the Five Lamps of Learning and its significance to the University’s art collection.

Also included on this tour is a visit to the hidden air-raid shelters in the basement of Winthrop Hall.

This free tour will take approximately one hour and will begin in the foyer of the University Club.
