The University Club of Western Australia is committed to supporting the community in which we work and live. The Club Gives Back initiative is the Club’s way of offering support to  organisations serving others in the community.

The Club Gives Back event support

Holding an event?
Charitable organisations that hold a conference or fundraising event for more than 100 persons at the Club will receive 15% of the total food, beverage, room-hire and audio-visual costs back as a donation.
The Club will also offer marketing support by marketing the event to our almost 5,000 Members to assist with ticket sales and help raise awareness of the organisation’s important cause.

Not-For-Profit Corporate Membership

For those charities that hold many events of varying sizes throughout the course of the year, Corporate Membership may be a more cost-effective option. Corporate Membership offers reduced venue hire charges across all rooms in the Club, regardless of the event size.
Charitable organisations who apply for Corporate Membership will have the joining fee of $1100 waived, leaving only the annual subscription fee due for each person nominated to the Membership.

The Club’s commitment to students.

The University Club is incredibly proud of the connection that it has fostered with the University Community and in celebration of this commitment the Club funds an annual scholarship for UWA students.

The University Hall Scholarship is an annual $20,000 scholarship to assist a resident student of University Hall.
