University Club Membership Suspension/Cancellation Form

  • Members may suspend their University Club Membership for a minimum of three (3) to a maximum of twelve (12) months throughout the life of the Membership. All outstanding subscription fees and food & beverage charges are required to be settled prior to the Membership being suspended. Members are also required to provide correct contact details valid for the duration of the Membership suspension. Postgraduate Members cannot suspend their Membership as it is a fixed term Membership.
  • Members are required to maintain their Club Membership for a minimum period of six (6) months. Club Members are required to give no less than thirty (30) days advance written notice of intent to cancel Membership and are required to pay all outstanding dues and charges before the Membership is terminated. Should a Member cancel within six (6) months of joining the Club, a cancellation fee will apply. Postgraduate Members cannot cancel their Membership as it is a fixed term Membership.
