Costa brings a distinguished international career to his role as Executive Chef at the University Club, where he has led the culinary vision since 2008. His experience spans some of the world’s most respected five-star hotels across the Middle East, South Africa and Australia, shaping a style defined by both technical excellence and global perspective.

Drawing on his Greek Cypriot heritage, Costa weaves traditional flavours with classical Western technique and contemporary global influences. In the kitchen, he is equally committed to cultivating excellence within his team, mentoring a diverse group of chefs and fostering a culture of precision, creativity and respect.

Under his leadership, the Club has been recognised with numerous Gold Plate and culinary awards, reinforcing its position as one of Perth’s premier dining destinations.
