Parking at the Club and on Campus
The University of Western Australia (UWA) uses the EasyPark system to manage parking across campus.
Parking must be purchased in one of two ways:
- Via an EasyPark machine (located in yellow – student and visitor, and green – special reserved visitor zones)
- Via the EasyPark mobile app
Members’ Undercover Parking (Car Park 4)
This area is reserved for Club Members only.
A current University Club of Western Australia Member parking sticker is required to access this car park. Car Park 4 is designated as a green (special reserved visitor) zone.
Purchasing via the Machine
An EasyPark machine is located at the entrance to Car Park 4 (Undercroft).
- Parking is charged at $3.00 per hour
- Payment is via credit or debit card only (no cash accepted)
- Parking is monitored via licence plate recognition
- Your licence plate must be entered into the machine
- No ticket will be issued
Purchasing via the EasyPark App
Download the EasyPark app via Google Play or the App Store and register your details.
Once parked:
- Select CP4 – Special Purpose (32099)
- Adjust the parking duration using the timing wheel
- Press Start Parking
You may end your session at any time via the app and will only be charged for the time used.
Main Car Park (Car Park 5)
Members and visitors may also park in yellow bays in Car Park 5, located adjacent to the Club.
- An EasyPark machine is located centrally within this car park
- Charges and instructions are the same as outlined above
For app users:
- Select CP5 – Student and Visitor Parking (32003)
- Set your duration and press Start Parking
EasyPark Benefits
- Start and stop parking from your phone
- Pay only for the time you use
- Receive reminders before your session expires
- No charge for parking sessions under 30 minutes (one session per day)
Paid parking applies Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Parking outside these hours is free, unless otherwise signposted.
Reserved Parking
Event organisers may reserve parking bays for delegates, speakers or VIP guests (subject to availability and fees).
Reserved bays are located in Car Park 4 or Car Park 5.

Accessible Parking
Accessible bays are available in both Car Park 4 (basement) and Car Park 5 (adjacent to the Club).
If designated accessible bays are full, ACROD or UWA-accessible permit holders may park in:
- Red (staff) or
- Yellow (student and visitor) bays without payment
Payment is required when parking in green (special purpose) bays at $3.00 per hour via the EasyPark app or machine.
A valid ACROD or UWA-accessible permit must be clearly displayed at all times.
Evenings and Weekends
Parking is free after 5.00 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends in all university car parks, unless otherwise signposted.
